Vegetables :
Raw Banana 2 large
Potato 1 medium
Beetroot 1 small
Carrot 2 medium
Cabbage ½ cup finely chopped
Green peas ½ cup
Onion 1 large finely chopped
Ginger 2 tbsp roughly chopped
Garlic 1tbsp roughly chopped
Green chillies 1tbsp or according to taste

Masala :
Roasted Jeera powder 1tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Salt according to taste

Nuts :
Peanuts ¼ cup Roasted and roughly ground
Cashew nut ¼ cup roasted and roughly ground
Raisin (Kishmish) ¼ cup roughly chopped

Oil for frying
Bread crumbs
Corn flour, made into a thin paste with water

Boil the raw bananas separately, peel and mash in a bowl.

Peel and boil potato, carrots and beetroot. Mash and mix with bananas.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, add garlic and onion, and fry till onion turns soft.

Add garlic, cabbage and green peas, fry till the vegetables become soft.

Remove from heat and add the mixture to the mashed vegetables in the bowl.

Add salt, nuts and masala and mix well.

Let the mixture cool for a while, then take small amounts and give them any shape you want(Round, heart shape, oval).

Coat chops in corn flour paste and then in bread crumbs.

Keep them in refridgerator for 10 minutes

The chops can be deep fried in oil.

The chops can be put in a pre-heated Air Fryer. Baste them with little oil before putting in the Air fryer.

The chops can be shallow fried in a nonstick pan.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with Green dhaniya and pudina chatni.

Serve with chilli garlic tomato sauce.

Serve with Bengali mustard paste (kasundi).
