The other day came across a simple recipe for stomach upsets….. Here in Maharashtra , it is called Sabudana (sago) ki Pej…….. This is actually a simple Sago Porridge.

DIRECTIONS : One must soak sabudana overnight or for at least six hours……20170620_085626


Boil water in a pan….. Add sugar according to taste and a pinch of salt….. Now add in soaked sabudana…… 20170620_094217Cook till sabudana till it becomes transparent….. 20170620_100048Add more water if required.

This porridge is very filling and helps during stomach upsets.

NOTE : This porridge is good for babies with normal health….. Can be given to them mixed with milk.
